During the 1st of January we'll be doing some maintenance on our servers and uploading as well as some other features will available in this period. We apologize for any inconvenience, and hope this process wont take too long.

As the staff behind PictureDumper.com, we are very pleased to announce that we have launched PictureDumper.com version 2 today.

Besides what we consider a more fresh and clear design, the new version is also loaded with a lot of extra features. Much of the code has been rewritten and redesigned to optimize your experience. New features are:

• Remote upload
  With the new PictureDumper you can easily upload an image from a remote location (other servers on the Internet). A Firefox plugin will also be available shortly to let you upload remote images in just a few clicks.

• Directories - To keep your uploads organized
  We behind the site is very happy to present this new feature for our visitors. Registered members can create directories so they easily can share uploaded images with friends, family or coworkers. You can even create a new directory directly from the index page when you upload your images or upload to an already created directory.

• Social Networking
  Social networking is a keystone in modern day web sites. It is now possible to share your uploads on your Facebook profile in just few clicks. More features for social networking will also be added later.

• Language Support
  Our service is visited from a lot of people around the world speaking many different languages, and as a result of this we would like to give our visitors the choice to use our service in their native language. It is our plan to offer the languages of the countries that that we receive most visitors from. Currently you can use PictureDumper.com in English and Danish language, but we are currently working on more languages that will be added soon - so please stay tuned.
